I, unfortunately never met Mike but do know Candice very well and I do know she misses her dad very much, he was a big part of all their lives. He was a very brave person and a very well liked, knowledgeable man and lots more besides and his memory will live on in the family and in Candice as she is her father's daughter and father and daughter always have that close bond. I am sorry that I never got to meet him. MND is a terrible illness and I think the Justgiving organisation needs lots of help with their fund raising and would urge anyone to contribute even if only a small amount it all helps
